This Corporate position will manage packaging data across the Enterprise to drive performance improvement. Establish and maintain models responsible for reporting KPI’s. Work closely with plants’ reliability engineer to refine and maintain reporting tools. Provide insight and guidance on installation of new data collection tools.



  • Create tools for aggregating and collecting data across the Enterprise.
  • Establish and maintain data models, extract and analyze data from manual and automated sources.
  • Convert manual data collection to automated data collection.
  • Collaborate with Finance, all Packaging sites and Corporate Leadership to establish KPI’s to satisfy business demands and drive Improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot tools and data models.  Integrate MES data from Lineview and RedZone to Power BI reporting.
  • Address questions, concerns, and build understanding of KPI’s with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Integrate multiple data sources into comprehensive data models.
  • Work with and train Reliability Engineers at all Packaging sites to manage data entry and insure data integrity in both manual and automated data collection programs.
  • Support Packaging performance CI activities by providing data, reports, and instruction on KPI’s.
  • Develop customized reports to management/senior leadership.



  • Software Required: Power BI, Microsoft Office, High proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, SAP, RedZone MES
  • Software Preferred:  Power Query, Power Apps
  • Programing languages Preferred: VBA, M-Code, DAX
  • Experience with data analysis and presentation required.



  • Bachelors in information management, business or relevant field experience, Master’s or MBA preferred.



  • Functional Technical Skills – Able to use software systems to drive results through data mining, converting data into information that is shared and used to drive business success.
  • Presentation Skills – Capable of distilling complex topics into clear, easy to understand statements. 
  • Learning on the FlyAble to learn quickly and apply first time solutions to new problems.  Willingness to take risks, discarding past failures and able implement never before tried solutions.
