The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for conducting analysis to support various supply chain initiatives and becoming subject matter expert in key analysis/planning tools to enable template/report development and training. The analyst will extract, validate and organize data sets for each assigned initiative, then perform analysis and recommend solutions.  The analyst will conduct data analysis related to all inbound working capital (direct and indirect materials), supply chain and demand and supply management.  This individual will need to be effective in understanding and managing issues related to the SAP Materials Management (Purchasing and Inventory Management), Demand Management and Supply Chain systems. This individual will not only support efforts initiated by others but also play a leadership role in identifying continuous improvement and network optimization opportunities.



  • Lead analysis and project execution to drive continuous improvement of Supply Chain metrics such as cost-reduction, customer service, and inventory optimization.
  • Act as the Super User for IBP for the Planning Team. Support Supply Planners and Managers with IBP/SAP including template creation.
  • Lead the development and support of new planning triggers/KPI’s to support the Supply Chain strategy
  • Partner with the COE team on upcoming system/projects to enhance the Planning Function
  • Support monthly S&OP cycle by:
    • Preparing and updating critical reports and templates
    • Coordinating activities related to data cleanup / correction
  • Develop competency in Supply/Demand Planning processes to enable flow to the work as needed
  • Develop mastery in key supply chain systems to develop new analytical capabilities and improve efficiency and effort of current reports.  Continue to build equity as a key resource for analytical skills in the organization.
  • Support corporate Supply Chain projects (e.g. plant closure, equipment relocation, significant capacity changes, and portfolio of cost-efficiency improvement projects).  Act as Supply Chain subject matter expert for IT/Business Process projects, acquisitions, integrations, etc.
  • Support Supply Chain managers as needed in inventory planning / deployment, ad hoc capacity analysis and the like
  • Responsible for Master Data Governance in IBP for Supply Chain Planning (Demand and Supply Planning)
  • Liaison with MDG group to harmonize/maintain standards and consistency of Master Data between systems (S/4, BI, IBP, and AC)



  • 7+ years of experience in any Supply Chain area (Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing / Distribution / Logistics, Planning, Customer Service).
  • Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent).
  • SAP or other MRP Planning Tool experience.
  • Continuous Improvement/Project execution experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.



  • Excellent analytical competency with strong quantitative analysis skills
  • Technically inclined to rapidly learn new functionalities of complex information systems
  • Capable of data mining / data gathering to model complex business situations.
  • Must be capable to relate data analysis to sound business recommendations and support business case for improvements
  • Attention to details and manage competing priorities.
  • Must be a team player with strong work ethics
