The primary responsibility of the Lift Truck Operator is to hand palletize product on pallets produced from the Clouds, Handi-Pak and Poly 10X machines; storing and organizing those completed pallets on the second floor of the Warehouse.



  • Hand palletize product received from Padlocker conveyors in accordance with the proper pallet patterns/quantities.
  • Store product on the second floor in an organized, damage-free manner.
  • Accurately record the names and quantities of all product received from the production line.
  • Follow proper recording and labeling guidelines for all damaged product received.
  • Report any problems or downtime to the Warehouse Foreman immediately.



  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide with reasonable competence.
  • Must wear all required P.P.E. and follow all G.M.P. Guidelines.
  • Must be proficient in the proper and safe operations of a fork lift truck.
  • Must exercise proper judgment as to the stability of pallets when stacking.
  • The Operator is required to climb in and out of lift truck and may occasionally climb stairs.
  • The Operator is required to have the visual and physical capability to operate the fork lift truck accurately.
  • Upper extremity function is needed for grasping, pushing, pulling and lifting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
