POSITION SCOPE

  • Work within the NPD Team and Stage Gate Framework to deliver all branded, private label artwork initiatives into a variety of sales channels and North American Markets.
  • Manage, track, and report on the execution of all new or revised artworks across multiple cross-functional teams.

 

POSITION STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES AND KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Packaging artwork projects delivered to plan (on time and within budget)
  • Increase Speed to Market: Reduce production artwork creation time through method standardization and best practices
  • Increase overall artwork accuracy while reducing non-compliances to Brand Guidelines and product regulatory requirements
  • Ensure document and digital asset control
  • Track and Report on performance to budget

 

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the highest standard of delivery at every stage of the process
  • Ensuring consistency across all artwork output
  • Executing and policing brand guidelines
  • Ensure artwork is ready for print/launch
  • Aware of the overall delivery requirements of the artwork, and communicate project updates regularly and with clarity.
  • Manage the approval of artwork changes
  • Ensure all quality control procedures are adhered to and all relevant documents are completed
  • Proofing design files & quality checking production proofs as and when required.
  • May perform other duties, as needed, to meet the needs of the business.

ESSENTIAL WORK EXPERIENCES

  • Experience within Food and Beverage or FMCG industry producing packaging artwork
  • Comparable project managment experience

 

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Educated to Degree or minimum “A” level standard in a packaging or a design-related subject.
