OVERVIEW

Assist the packaging operation by stacking, verifying, and counting of finished goods by performing the following duties and/or actively engaged in becoming an operator 1.

 

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stack and pile finished goods onto pallets.
  • Prepare goods for shipment.
  • Pack them following a specific set of instructions.
  • Clean and prepare area for proper handling of finish goods.
  • Check to ensure containers are damage free.
  • Verify labeling is correct.
  • Maintain paperwork of packages.
  • Fill out forms and papers to record product count.
  • Keep track of inventory.
  • Remove defective finish goods from the packing area.
  • Review paperwork for proper documentation.
  • Takes direction from multiple resources while training to become an operator 1.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

WORK EXPERIENCES

  • 1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required
