Florida Crystals is a leading domestic sugar producer and North America’s first fully integrated cane sugar company, guiding our sugar from farm to table.  We are America’s first and only producer of certified organic sugar, grown and harvested in the United States. Our renewable energy facility is the largest of its kind in North America and provides clean energy that powers our sugar operations, which helps us reduce our use of fossil fuels.  Florida Crystals also sustainably farms rice, sweet corn and other vegetables in rotation with our sugarcane.  Our rice mill is the only rice mill in Florida. 

 

OVERVIEW

The primary function of this position is to design and support IDM and other key applications’ security roles and integrations. In addition, the Security Engineer will have responsibility for providing assistance on application security audits, business projects, upgrades and acquisitions.

 

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow including application design, integration and deployment in an integrated IT environment.
  • Experience with creating connectors, defining access controls, policies, user provisioning and entitlements.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle management events, application onboarding, custom workflows, roles, rules and reports.
  • Should have custom connector development experience for SailPoint.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with Azure, Active Directory, ServiceNow, SAP, Cloud systems, Employee Central and PAM integration module.
  • Working knowledge of IAM industry standards including SAML, OAuth, Kerberos etc.
  • Ability and willingness to develop creative solutions to business problems.
  • Must have strong collaboration skills, diagnostic, testing and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in SAP Security a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Must demonstrate excellent service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of complex IT Security integration including Identity Management.
  • Experience with IDM Tools.
  • Demonstrate Business Process Design understanding.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements.
  • Excellent communicating skills both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates Degree or higher in related discipline (Computer Science/Engineering preferred)
