The Packaging Administrative Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and data analytics in support of the packaging department.



  • Support the Packaging team leadership with daily administrative support
  • Resolve timekeeping discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information 
  • Make entries into Kronos and SAP
  • Coordinate with HR to track and monitor attendance compliance
  • Audit quality documents and serve as department SQF practitioner
  • Complete and audit SAP data entry
  • Quality data
  • Maintenance work order and parts data
  • Support other projects and initiatives as needed   



  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient with Kronos time keeping software or equivalent, including ability to run reports and manage time
  • Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint with advanced Excel skills
  • Preferred experience with Visual Basic for Application, Power BI, Power Apps and Visio
  • ERP experience is a must, SAP experience is strongly preferred
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and complex work
  • Attention to detail
  • Open to learning new systems as needed
