OVERVIEW

Provide support to the SFC Ag Shop (Southern) operations by exhibiting the following behaviors; excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, accountability and ownership.      

 

 

 

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plans maintenance and dispatches shop personnel per management’s instructions 
  • Develops and implements effective office administration procedures for optimal performance
  • Monitors fuel quantities and deliveries  for the SFC Southern Fuel Depot
  • Collects daily paperwork from shop personnel, for example time slips, fuel charge out sheets and fuel truck inspection forms
  • Check in parts that were ordered from the warehouse and sent to SFC Southern Shop
  • Coordinate proper inventory records keeping and SAP    
  • Ability to deliver information via email, facsimile or telephone to vendors and contracted service providers
  • Must be able to assist management during state and federal inspections from DEP, EPA, etc Not sure if this would apply 
  • Must be able to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, maintain records and compose correspondence as required

 

 

 

WORK EXPERIENCES

  • Working knowledge of personal computers and software packages, including specific knowledge of Micro Soft Office Programs (Excel, Word, and Power point).
  • Experience with SAP software a strong plus.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with co-workers.
  • Ability to successfully organize, work and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Skill in resolving problems or situations requiring the exercise of good judgment.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is preferred

 

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency Required.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in agricultural business preferred.
