OVERVIEW
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR while contributing to the success of our organization. As an HR Intern, you will assist in a wide range of tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and administrative support.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Onboarding Assistance: Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and completion of required documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Support the organization and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
- Assisting applicants with applications
- General HR Support: Provide day-to-day support to the HR team as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma and preferably some college
ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a physical and drug screening
