OVERVIEW
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Electrical, Instrument, and Automation team in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the plant electrical network.
Your Opportunity
- Support the management team in leading, building, and developing the Electrical and Instruments maintenance team.
- Design and implement electrical projects with internal teams or outsourced suppliers, ensuring the requirements of internal stakeholders are met.
- Adhering to budget requirements
- Assist in updating the electrical system to current standards.
- Develop PPM schedules and spare parts strategies in collaboration with the Electrical Manager.
- Enforce mandatory inspections in accordance with official certification compliances.
- Participate in process teams, lead asset health initiatives, and champion asset health improvement and production process stability by driving the consistent application of reliability-centered maintenance and root cause analysis.
- Achieve agreed KPIs.
- Manage outsourcing contracts and their KPIs.
- Guarantee the production of products with Quality, Food Safety and Authenticity.
- Promoting the Culture of Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Environment Sustainability, ensuring compliance with product and process requirements.
Your Profile
- Education:
- Electrical / Automation Engineering Bachelor/Master degree
- Technical Skills:
- Experience of at least 3 years in industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of power generation, control techniques, and system analysis.
- Experience with Variable Speed Drives and PLCs.
- Ability to assist in electrical network sizing studies.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluent in English
