OVERVIEW
IT Site Support Specialist will provide onsite and remote technical support at our Tower Hill location. This position will troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, network equipment, and cloud technologies. Also, manage desk tickets, maintain hardware inventory, support technology projects, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar post

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level on-site and remote IT support, including Level 2 and 3 technical assistance.
- Resolve and close help desk tickets within required timelines.
- Maintain and update hardware inventory in the Asset Inventory System.
- Support projects by completing assigned technical tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Replace, configure, and deploy end‑user devices, Cisco network gear, and HP cloud equipment.
- Troubleshoot client issues including connectivity, software deployment, and virus removal.
- Work with infrastructure teams on network device maintenance and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VPN issues.
- Collaborate with contractors, project teams, and internal staff to maintain and repair IT equipment.
