OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Regional Site Support Lead ASR NA, the Associate Site Support Specialist is responsible for providing high quality, day-to-day on-site IT support as directed by the IT Support Specialist. Respond to break/fix calls, maintain inventory and assist with equipment refreshes. 

 

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.

•       Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.

•       Support Windows laptops and desktops including End Of Life replacement, configuration and deployment.

•       Troubleshoot all client issues, connectivity, package deployment and virus removal.

  • Support Enterprise mobile devices including iPhone, iPad, cell, tablets and broadband devices

 

WORK EXPERIENCES

  • 1-3 years’ experience supporting a diverse user base.
  • In depth knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of anti-virus software.
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi security and access.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BS in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required.
  • A+ or similar certification preferred.

•       Must be authorized to work in Canada
