OVERVIEW

Florida Crystals is seeking a Corporate Senior Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team at our downtown West Palm Beach office. This role supports the continued growth of corporate accounting and is responsible for key accounting activities, including cash, payroll, and intercompany reconciliations; capital and expense project accounting; monthly close; and financial reporting.

 

The position initially requires four days per week onsite and transitions to a flexible hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office.

 

Summary of Primary Duties:

  • Manage cash accounting activities, including monthly bank, credit card, and SAP Concur procedures and reconciliations.
  • Monitor payroll accounts and partner with Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management to resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Manage intercompany accounting activities, including monthly billings, monitoring, and reconciliations.
  • Support fixed asset accounting activities, including CIP review, asset setup, depreciation, impairment monitoring, disposals, and variance analysis.
  • Compile and maintain accounting support for audits, surveys, and related information requests.
  • Partner with internal teams to improve existing processes and identify time or cost savings opportunities.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of finance and accounting experience.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • SAP experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to complete work in a timely and accurate manner with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to bring a fresh perspective and contribute to team goals.
